Reservations are held by credit card. Your card will not be billed until services are rendered. At the time of service, you can alternatively use a gift certificate.

What to Expect

Treatment Times
Most treatments require one hour. Please allow for undressing,  dressing, consultation, and resting time.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Please understand scheduled services cannot be extended. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only  for the  remainder  of the scheduled  session. You will be responsible for the full service fee.

Health Information
In order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate  special needs, a general health information form must be completed by each  guest during their first visit.

Cancellation Policy 
When a guest makes a reservation  for services, a credit card number or gift certificate number is retained.  We request if a reservation must be cancelled or reschedule. it be done 24 hours  prior to the scheduled service time. If less than 24 hours notice is given,  a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged.

Settling Your Account
All charges are requested  to be paid prior to the service. Cash, personal check, Discover,  Visa, MasterCard,  and American Express are accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned  checks.

Draping  and Comfort
Generally, undress completely to receive the  full benefit of these therapeutic treatments. To respect your privacy throughout  your treatments,  only the region your therapist is working on is undraped.  Please  give your therapist feedback regarding your comfort.

For your safety and ours,  we take all  universal precautions necessary and use the finest methods  in sterilization.
